Class Offerings
Intro to Pilates: Beginner-friendly class focused on alignment, breath, and Pilates fundamentals.
Full Body Reformer Flow: Dynamic, flowing sequences that build strength, mobility, and mind-body connection.
Strength and Balance: Controlled movement to improve balance, coordination, and functional strength.
Cardio Jump: Low-impact, athletic reformer class using a jumpboard to elevate heart rate while protecting joints.
Private Pilates Sessions: One-on-one sessions tailored to your body, goals, and movement history.

 

Post-Rehab and Health Coaching

In addition to traditional reformer group classes, the Pilates and Wellness Studio offers post-rehabilitative Pilates and lifelong wellness support led by Dr. Susan Mann, PT, DPT. The Restore 360 Assessment is a medically informed, whole-person evaluation that looks at your health history, movement, strength, and goals to create a safe, personalized plan. The Restore Starter Path builds on this assessment and includes wellness coaching plus a series of private sessions—combining Pilates, gym-based, and aquatic training—to help you move forward with confidence. For ongoing support, Restore 360 Pilates: Move with Confidence offers both private and small-group sessions focused on strength, stability, and safe, sustainable movement for everyday life.

TENTATIVE REFORMER CLASS SCHEDULE TO BEGIN JANUARY 19TH

Are You Ready To Get Started?

We will be hosting Open House sessions throughout the month of February. You can book your complimentary class by clicking on the link above and claiming your complimentary Pilates Peek Pass.  Once you have done that, you can reserve your class here : https://theboxingstudio.punchpass.com/classes.  All 4 class styles will be available for preview.  You can determine the format of the class by viewing the regularly scheduled pilates class that is listed at the exact same time as this Pilates Preview class. Limit one complimentary class per person. Reservations can not be made more than 7 days in advance and must be canceled within the Punchpass site alteast 2 hours before the class in order for a preview pass to remain active. The booking windows close one hour before the class begins. Limited spots available!

Since I have been doing Pilates, I can now put on my bathing suit and my stomach is flat!
I am also swimming better, coordinating the diaphragmatic breathing, I learned in Pilates with
the swimming stroke. I can swim better, when I get a better breath in.
I have muscles now, that I didn’t even know that I had! Pilates works ALL of the muscles!

 Susan is a great asset to ClubFitness Pilates.  Her diverse skill set and attention to detail
are especially helpful for beginners and seniors like myself.  Classes are tailored to meet clients'
physical limitations, avoid injury, build bone density and improve posture and balance.  Each
session builds on skills previously learned.  You get plenty of feedback and encouragement, too!
