Maintaining strong bones is crucial for overall health, and while exercise is key, strength training has been shown to have a greater impact on bone density compared to other forms of exercise. Additionally, fall prevention exercises significantly reduce the risk of falls and subsequent fractures.
Our 6-week Build Stronger Bones program will guide participants through targeted strength training exercises designed to enhance bone density. Additionally, we provide comprehensive balance training to help prevent falls, ensuring a holistic approach to bone health and fall prevention.
Join us to learn the specific strength training techniques necessary to build stronger bones and improve your balance for a safer, healthier lifestyle.
All sessions are 45 minutes long; $140/members | $160/non-member.

✔️ Level 1: Fridays 10:30am with Kate (10/31 - 12/12)*
✔️ Level 2: Fridays 11:30am with Casey (10/31 - 12/12)*
*No class the week of Thanksgiving. Level 2 participants must have completed a Level 1 session.
