Maintaining strong bones is crucial for overall health, and while exercise is key, strength training has been shown to have a greater impact on bone density compared to other forms of exercise. Additionally, fall prevention exercises significantly reduce the risk of falls and subsequent fractures.

 

Our 6-week Build Stronger Bones program will guide participants through targeted strength training exercises designed to enhance bone density. Additionally, we provide comprehensive balance training to help prevent falls, ensuring a holistic approach to bone health and fall prevention.

 

Join us to learn the specific strength training techniques necessary to build stronger bones and improve your balance for a safer, healthier lifestyle.  All sessions are 30 minutes.  Team training rates apply.
