Two sessions a week with one of our nine certified trainers, a nutrition plan and an exercise program built around your goal, and an InBody scan at the start and the finish so you see exactly what changed. Every membership above includes a free scan and a free session to start.
Through September 30, 2026 the enrollment fee on the 12 Month Commitment plan is $29.99. Month To Month Gold Plus enrollment is $59.99. On both plans the first biweekly payment is scheduled 30 days after you join. Paid In Full is a single payment of $499.99 covering 15 months at standard enrollment. Kickstart 8 is 8 personal training sessions, a nutrition plan, an exercise program and 2 InBody scans for $349.99, purchased at the club. Annual fee per membership agreement.
