At F45 Brighton Central, our sessions are more than just workouts they’re 45-minute, coach-led group experiences designed to push you, support you, and deliver results fast.
F45 is personal training in a group setting - all of our workouts our periodised with a specific focus for a 12 week block. Each 12 week block follows the phase's - BASE - BUILD - PEAK
This structured schedule blends functional strength and cardio training for maximum impact and results.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday – Cardio/HYBRID Focus
Expect conditioning workouts to boost your endurance, speed, and aerobic fitness. These sessions are high-energy, and perfect for power, speed, fat burning and all round CV fitness.
Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday – Strength Training
Our strength-based sessions use progressive weight training to help you build muscle, improve technique, and support long-term physical development. Improved muscle mass, bone density, body compositon and Longevity!
Saturday – 60-Minute Hybrid Challenge
This longer weekend session is a fusion of strength and cardio, designed to push your limits. It’s a full-body burner and the perfect way to finish your week strong.
