The F45 Accountability Method: Your six week reset for - Nutrition support - Structured and consistent training - Daily check-ins WhatsApp group community - Zero falling off Maximum accountability
This is going to be an inclusive, accountability-driven programme open to members and non members with a strong focus on nutrition, training progression and performance 💥
Over the 6 weeks, we’ll be dialling things up by:
🔥 Progressive strength tracking – building your numbers week on week (deadlifts, squats, presses)
📈 Performance benchmarks – re-testing key efforts like SkiErg times, row splits, and conditioning pieces so you can see your improvement
💪 Bodyweight progressions – increasing chin-ups, push-ups, and overall control and strength
⏱️ Engine development – improving your pacing, recovery between sets, and ability to sustain higher intensity for longer
🎯 Intentional training – helping you understand how to train each session (when to lift heavy, when to push pace, when to control)
In studio fitness challenges - May kicks off with how how fast can you ski 10 calories in!
Rather than just “doing F45 classes”, this challenge will help you train with more purpose and see real progress in black and white

🥗A big focus on nutrition and general accountability - we’ll be helping you actually measure and improve your fitness over the 6 weeks - have you got an event coming up? A race? A wedding and Birthday you want to feel your best self for? Then this challenge is for you!
🥗Tracking your nutrition with F45AM in May couldn't be easier - access to your F45 training app will keep it simple to log all of your stats from Week 1 to week 6
🥗Once we have completed your body scan with you we can then personalise your nutritional plan and tweak areas to hit your goals over the 6 weeks
